TrackingZoom is committed to protecting the personal data and location/tracking data of our customers in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Location Data

Vehicle location data collected via GPS devices is accessible only to the verified device owner and authorized support staff for troubleshooting purposes. All access to tracking data by our support team is logged.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may request export or deletion of your account and associated data at any time via Account → Support, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for completed transactions.
