We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You'll receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking details by SMS/email once your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your pincode, and typically range from 3-7 business days depending on location. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take longer or may not be available — this is flagged at checkout before you pay.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above the threshold shown at checkout (currently ₹999). Orders below this amount attract a standard shipping charge, also shown clearly before payment.

4. Installation Scheduling

For wired GPS trackers that require professional installation, our team will contact you after delivery to schedule a convenient appointment with a certified technician in your city.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
