Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
All GPS trackers and accessories sold by TrackingZoom are backed by a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, with the exact duration specified on each product's page (commonly 6-12 months from the date of delivery).
1. What's Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use — for example, a device that fails to power on or stops transmitting location data without any physical damage.
2. What's Not Covered
Warranty does not cover: physical damage (drops, crushing, cuts to wiring), unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage from incorrect installation by a non-certified technician, or water damage — unless the specific device is explicitly rated water/dust resistant (IP-rated) on its product page, in which case damage within the rated limits is covered.
3. How to Claim Warranty
Raise a support ticket from Account → Support with your order number, the device's serial number, and a description of the issue. Our team may ask for photos/videos or arrange a technician visit to diagnose the fault before approving a repair or replacement.
4. Repair or Replacement
Depending on the issue, we will either repair the device, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or — where neither is possible — offer a refund as per our Refund Policy. Turnaround time is communicated once the claim is assessed.
