1. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

2. GPS Devices and Subscription

Certain GPS tracking devices require an active SIM/service subscription for continued functionality. Non-renewal of a subscription may result in loss of tracking service after the applicable grace period.

3. Installation Services

Wired GPS devices require professional installation, which can be booked through your account after purchase. Installation is carried out by trained technicians at the address you provide.

4. Limitation of Liability

TrackingZoom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from device malfunction, network downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
